Within our wisdom, the sequence of the overseas convention on Cognitive Neurodynamics (ICCN) is the single convention sequence dedicating to cognitive neurodynamis. This quantity is the court cases of the 2d foreign convention on Cognitive Neurodynamics held in 2009, witch reports the growth during this box because the 1st ICCN -2007. the themes comprise: Neural coding and sensible neural community dynamics, Neural inhabitants dynamics, Firing Oscillations and styles in Neuronal Networks, mind imaging, EEG, MEG, Sensory and Motor Dynamics, international cognitive functionality, Multi-scalar Neurodynamics - from body structure to platforms thought, Neural computing, rising applied sciences for mind computing device Interfaces, Neural dynamics of mind disorders.

According to experimental observations [7], the septum’s inhibitory cells are excited almost periodically, and this excitation is synchronized with the θ -rhythms, which is a brain wave with a 5–8 Hz frequency range. Thus, these inhibitory cells inhibit the inhibitory cells in almost periodic fashion. Since Marr’s pioneering work [8], many researchers have proposed hypotheses on the operation of episodic memory in terms of associative memory [9, 10]. However, an association dynamics with the same initial pattern input simply shows a relaxation process to an attractor, which may represent a memory associated with the input pattern.
